While we always endeavor to provide the highest level of services, sometimes things do go wrong. Hercules makes it easy to submit a claim and we are always ready to help you. To submit a claim please email us with your name, job number, telephone and email address, the date of your move, a list of all damages, and photographs of the damages, to get the claims process started. The email may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your claim is filed, a claims specialist will promptly contact you and expeditiously resolve your claim. An average first response should take between one and three business days. All claims will be adjusted for loss subject to the terms and conditions of the “We Break, We Pay” policy outlined in the Hercules website.
